Website terms
Current handling and boundaries for this website and its private enquiry service.
An informational, human-led website
ComputeBrokers currently provides educational material, local planning tools and private enquiry intake for owner review. There are no user accounts, transactions, live capacity listings or deployed AI advisory service. A submitted brief is not an accepted engagement, supplier introduction or promise of a response deadline.
Information is not an offer
Articles and calculator outputs explain decision methods. They are not binding prices, workload benchmarks, capacity reservations, site certifications, valuations or financing approvals. Inputs, source information and assumptions may not fit your circumstances; confirm current facts and obtain qualified review before committing.
Public price indications must be distinguished from dated supplier-issued quotes. No inventory, commercial partnership, lender relationship or guaranteed saving is implied by a source link or discussion of a service category.
Separate agreements and responsibilities
Any proposed advisory or execution assignment requires separately agreed scope, fees, payer and relevant compensation disclosures. Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid contract or authorize a purchase, reservation or loan application.
Customers contract independently with actual suppliers, operators and lenders. Their contracts determine delivery, acceptance, warranties, remedies and financing obligations. Suppliers establish availability; lenders make their own eligibility, underwriting and approval decisions. Engineering, property, legal, tax and regulated finance work requires appropriately qualified professionals and permitted activity.
Responsible use and contact
Use the forms for genuine enquiries and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not send secrets, attachments or financial files. Enquiry consent covers private owner review, not automatic supplier or lender distribution.
For general questions use the contact route. For information-handling requests use the privacy contact form; verification is required before access or deletion. Successful submissions return an on-screen reference, not an email confirmation.
