Scope of this website
This is a public informational website with a project-enquiry service. It has no accounts, uploads, tracking cookies or analytics. There is no deployed AI adviser and no automated AI processing or training of enquiry content.
Connection IP addresses are used for request-rate controls. Technical error logs may include IP addresses, request paths and connection details for service operation. Enquiry form contents are not logged by the intake service.
What you choose to submit
Forms request a name, work email and high-level project information. Buyer and supplier enquiries also require a company. Provide only what is needed to explain your request; optional workload, location, scale, timing, budget and notes can remain brief.
Do not submit attachments, passwords, access keys, confidential datasets, personal financial information, tax returns or credit documents. Draft brief and calculator inputs stay in the browser unless you explicitly submit them through an enquiry form.
Private records and review
A successfully submitted enquiry is stored as a private record on the VPS for authorized owner review and handling of your request. Submission is not permission to send your information to a supplier or lender. Any such sharing requires later, separate consent covering the recipient and information.
Records remain stored until the operator reviews and deletes them or acts on a verified deletion request. There is no automatic expiry. This website does not send confirmation emails. Keep the on-screen reference when a submission succeeds; an error means you should not assume receipt.
Access, correction and deletion
Use the privacy contact form to request access, correction or deletion, preferably including your submission reference. The owner must verify that the request relates to you before disclosing, changing or deleting a record. Do not send identity documents or sensitive files through this form.
